Real Harbour Capital was appointed by Thanet District Council to lead the asset management of Ramsgate’s Port & Harbour industrial and open-storage estate. Extending across approximately 95 acres on the Kent coast, the historic estate is a significant regional commercial hub supporting industrial activity, maritime enterprise and a diverse range of occupiers.

Working across both public-sector and private-capital partnerships, RHC will develop and implement strategies designed to improve the estate’s performance, strengthen its occupier proposition and unlock sustainable long-term value.
