McNamara leads investment strategy, deal origination and capital formation, while Mitchell leads asset management, delivery and operational execution—bringing together complementary investment and operational capabilities developed over more than two decades in UK real estate.

With its first asset management mandate secured, RHC began progressing its £250 million investment management ambition alongside family offices and private equity capital partners.
