Real Harbour Capital launched as a new investment, asset management and advisory platform with an initial ambition to build a £250 million portfolio across UK retail and logistics. Founded by experienced property executive Stuart Mitchell, the business was established to work alongside private equity, family offices and high-net-worth investors, targeting retail parks, supermarket development, selective shopping centres, multi-let industrial estates and open-storage opportunities.

The launch brought together Mitchell’s cross-sector experience in asset management, development and operational real estate with the support of a senior advisory board drawn from retail, local government and institutional property. RHC’s approach is centred on active, hands-on management and strong occupier relationships, seeking to unlock value as retail fundamentals improve and the relationship between physical retail, logistics and evolving consumer demand becomes increasingly important.
