Jamestown completed its first UK shopping centre acquisition with the purchase of Lion and Lamb Yard in Farnham, Surrey, on behalf of a DAX-listed company’s pension fund. The pedestrianised town-centre destination links Farnham’s main retail street with a Waitrose supermarket and is home to a mix of independent boutiques, cafés, restaurants and established national brands.

Real Harbour Capital was appointed to work with Jamestown on the asset management of the scheme, applying its experience in supermarket-anchored shopping centres to support performance and long-term stewardship. Immediate priorities include leasing the two vacant retail units with complementary occupiers and engaging with the local community on the property’s future, while preserving Lion and Lamb Yard’s role as an established part of Farnham’s town-centre fabric.
